| Our business development team is responsible for assessing and developing prospective relationships in the territories in which they work. Their backgrounds are diverse; many are former physician recruiters and most others have come from the search industry. Their charge is to understand the prospective client's situation - from a recruiter's perspective - to determine whether or not The Medicus Firm can help clients turn the corner on difficult searches.
