Brent Russell, a Principal with The Medicus Firm, is based in Dallas and primarily works with clients in the Northeast.  Mr. Russell has been recruiting physicians and providing healthcare staffing consultative services since 2002.  Mr. Russell earned The Medicus Firm’s 2009 Burning Tire Award for successfully filling the highest number of searches in the shortest period of time.

Mr. Russell’s areas of expertise include physician recruitment, medical staff development, compensation analysis, contract negotiation, and establishing strong partnerships with physician candidates and clients.

Prior to joining The Medicus Firm, Mr. Russell held leadership and training positions with another retained physician recruiting organization for 5 years. 

Brent is originally from Nocona, TX but now resides in Arlington, TX. He and his wife Lori have two kids, Matthew and Ella.
