Christian Beca is a Principal with over 9 years of experience in recruiting physicians, new business development and consulting for hospitals and pharmaceutical companies. With this experience and a strong track record of successful physician and executive placements, Christian is an asset to all of the clients with whom he works.

Prior to joining The Medicus Firm, Christian was a partner with another physician recruiting firm, where he led the recruiting department and assisted in business development with new client systems.  He was instrumental in starting two new companies and managed a diverse project portfolio, including market analysis studies, managed care systems, product feasibility profiles, and customer satisfaction measurement.

Christian served as a Regional Director of Recruiting from 2004 through 2008, managing the entire recruiting team while still being able to achieve Recruiter of the Year honors in each of those four years. 

Christian is originally from Southern California and still has family there. He is continuing his education at Penn State University in pre-law studies and is very active in the community and with his father's charity Food for Life.  He is married and lives in the Dallas area with his wife and children.
