Fabian Hernandez, a Recruiting Consultant with the Medicus Firm is based in our Dallas, TX. office. He has been in the healthcare staffing industry since 2008 and specializes in analyzing physician backgrounds, interests, and developing relationships with candidates in order to provide great service for our clients.

Mr. Hernandez joined the firm as a Research Consultant where he later earned 'Resource Coordinator of the Year' in 2010 & 2011. Prior to joining The Medicus Firm 2009, he served as a healthcare recruiter for a retained national healthcare staffing firm where he specialized in placing mid-level providers. Mr. Hernandez attended the University of North Texas and is originally from Dallas, Texas. Fabian and his wife, Hannah enjoy fitness training, traveling, attending sporting events and spending time with friends & family.
