 Jason Farr, a Senior Recruiting Consultant with The Medicus Firm, is based in Dallas and has been recruiting physicians and providing consultative healthcare staffing services since 2007.
Mr. Farr’s areas of expertise include physician recruitment, compensation analysis, contract negotiation and establishing strong partnerships with physicians and clients. His recruiting experience ranges from large, national for-profit hospital systems to rural community hospitals.
Before joining The Medicus Firm, Mr. Farr served as the Director of Recruiting at another physician recruiting firm and received honors and accolades for consistent production, leadership and client satisfaction. Since joining The Medicus Firm, Mr. Farr received the “Rising Star” award for 2011.
Jason is originally from Maypearl, TX but now resides in Midlothian, TX. He and his wife, Traci, have two daughters, Mackenzie and Chloe. Outside of work, Mr. Farr enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid Texas Rangers and Dallas Mavericks fan. |
