Jeff Guarnera is a Recruiting Consultant at The Medicus Firm where he works primarily with clients in New York and Florida.  Throughout his career Mr. Guarnera has successfully recruited physicians into all geographic and professional environments from group settings to academic appointments in metropolitan medical centers. The base of Mr. Guarnera's success is built on relationships, a high level of accountability, professional candor, mutual respect, and a willingness to go above and beyond.

Prior to joining The MD Firm, Mr. Guarnera held the titles of Senior Search Associate (Northeast Region) with Merritt Hawkins, and Associates and Nursing Division Manager (South Florida Division) with Supplemental Health Care. Since 2003, Mr. Guarnera has worked in healthcare consulting, management and recruitment. He has obtained many achievements during his professional career including "Top Performers Club", "Recruiter of the Month," and "Impact Player of the Month".

Mr. Guarnera is originally from Massachusetts and currently resides in Atlanta, GA with his wife and children Amanda, Alex and Kensley.
