Mark Saurette is a Principal with The Medicus Firm's Dallas office and primarily works with clients in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas and Missouri.  He has been in the healthcare recruiting and consulting field since 2000. Mr. Saurette's areas of expertise include physician recruitment, medical staffing needs analysis, and medical contract negotiation.

Prior to joining the former Medicus Partners, Mr. Saurette held leadership positions with national retained physician recruitment firms. He has successfully placed numerous physicians in rural to urban environments, including for profit and not for profit settings as well as a variety of group settings.  Before Mr. Saurette started his career in healthcare consulting he worked with the Pepsi Cola Company in a variety of sales and management roles for eight years.

Mr. Saurette was the recipient of the Medicus Partners MVP award for 2007 and The Difference Maker award for 2008. He also earned the 2009 Producer of the Year Award for The Medicus Firm’s Dallas office.

Mr. Saurette earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from LeTourneau University. He spends most of his time outside of work volunteering at church related activities and attending his daughter's sporting events. He also enjoys working out and playing sports of all kinds.
