Skott Harrington is a Director of Business Development for The Medicus Firm and works out of the Dallas, TX office. Mr. Harrington is an 11-year veteran of the recruiting industry and has been involved with physician search on a national level since 2001.  Mr. Harrington now oversees the company’s new business development efforts in New York, Michigan, Indiana, Colorado and Eastern Illinois.

Prior to joining the Medicus Firm, Mr. Harrington served as Vice President of Retained Services for a boutique national retained physician search firm. He is also the recipient of numerous awards and accolades for production and leadership over the years including three Recruiter of Year awards.     

As an early retired veteran of 15 years, Skott now enjoys devoting his off-time to his son Adam, an Army Sergeant, and spending as much time as possible with his close friends and family.
