Steve Look, a Principal with The Medicus Firm, is based in Dallas and primarily works with clients in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas and Missouri. Mr. Look has been in the healthcare recruiting and consulting field since 2001. His areas of expertise include physician and hospital staff recruitment, contract negotiation and needs assessment. He has experience working with some of the nation's top rated hospitals including the Johns Hopkins and Duke University medical systems as well as small and mid-sized facilities and physician groups.

Mr. Look joined the former Medicus Partners in 2005. Prior to joining Medicus Partners, Mr. Look co-founded Med Stat Inc. a healthcare staffing firm located in Dallas, TX. Mr. Look also served as Director of Recruiting with a national retained physician search company and finished both 2002 and 2003 among the top 10 producers in the company. Mr. Look has been a three time recipient of Medicus Partners' Producer of the Year Award and earned the 2009 Difference Maker Award for The Medicus Firm Dallas office.

Originally from El Paso, TX, Mr. Look earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Texas Tech University. He resides in Richardson, TX with his wife Jessica and their daughter. Outside of work Steve is an avid tri-athlete, having completed his first half Ironman distance event in 2005. He also enjoys watching pro and college football as a loyal fan of Texas Tech and the Dallas Cowboys.
