This northeastern Wisconsin opportunity offers one-hour appointments, approximately 5–7 patients per day, a four-day schedule option, and a clinical philosophy centered on doing what is right for the patient rather than rushing to the next chair. 

Position Details

• 4-day/32-hour or 5-day/40-hour schedule options
• Clinic hours of 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday
• Approximately 5–7 patients per day on average
• Most patients receive approximately one-hour appointments
• One patient at a time — no accelerated or overlapping hygiene
• No production quotas or production-based compensation
• Diverse mix including preventive, pediatric and periodontal patients
• Experienced hygienist available for mentorship and clinical support

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting compensation is approximately $44/hour for a new graduate, with additional compensation based on experience
• At $44/hour, a 40-hour schedule equates to approximately $91,520 annually
• At $44/hour, a 32-hour schedule equates to approximately $73,216 annually
• No production-based compensation or quotas
• Health insurance eligibility available with the 32-hour schedule
• 401(k) with a 4% match
• Approximately 17 paid holidays, based on scheduled workdays
• Potential Indian Health Service loan repayment eligibility for qualifying 40-hour employees

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Appropriate Wisconsin dental hygiene licensure required to practice
• Comfortable providing routine preventive and periodontal hygiene care
• Comfortable taking patient X-rays independently
• Ability to manage a patient visit from intake through completion
• Comfortable treating a varied patient population, including children and adults
• Strong patient education and communication skills
• Patient-first approach rather than purely production-driven mindset
• Stable work history and genuine interest in a long-term opportunity preferred
