Work-Life Balance: Mon-Fri, can accommodate a 4-day work week with patient volume of 20-25/day
Ideal Work Environment: Very nice L&D department with a dedicated C-Section Suite, nine postpartum rooms, two triage, 3 LDRPs, and nursery, spacious waiting room with a view of the nursery.
Supportive team environment: Candidate will be joining a tenured team of 2 OBGYN providers and 1 NP (GYN only). Pediatrician currently available for all C-Sections.
Favorable Call Schedule: 10 days a month, physicians coming off call have the next day off. OBs share deliveries when all call.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Compensation: Base $380K+ based on experience. Additional RVU bonuses available.
