$410K+ Earning Potential | 4-Day Work Week

Join a well-established behavioral health team at a 210-bed hospital in Northern Nevada, located just 20 minutes from Lake Tahoe and with easy access to Reno. This opportunity offers flexibility to practice inpatient or outpatient psychiatry, strong compensation, manageable patient volumes, and a lifestyle-focused schedule.

Position Details

• Outpatient or Inpatient Psychiatry options available
• Flexible schedule: choose between 4x10s or 5x8s
• Average patient volume: 12–15 patients per day
• Shared call schedule: 1:4
• Standard call expectation: 6 days/month
• Additional call shifts compensated at $350/day
• EPIC EMR system
• Established practice with experienced support staff

Inpatient Program

• 52-bed inpatient behavioral health unit
• Child & Adolescent services include:
  • 12 crisis stabilization beds
  • 10 inpatient beds

Compensation & Benefits

• Year one income potential: $410,000+
• Production bonus per wRVU
• Sign-on bonus
• Relocation assistance

• CME allowance: $3,000 annually
