Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: Includes Competitive Base salary plus RVU bonus-Total Compensation in the $850k plus range
• $75,000 Sign-On Bonus
• $100,000 student loan repayment, maximum $20,000/year over 5 years 
• Relocation assistance
• 401(k) Retirement Plan 5% match
• $3500 CME Allowance

Qualifications: 

• Degree:  MD or DO
• Certifications:  BC/BE in Urology
• Licensure: Must have an Illinois Medical license
• Sponsorship: J1 or H1B
