A premier private practice in the beautiful Pacific Northwest is actively seeking a dedicated Optometrist to join its team in Central Washington State. This is a rare opportunity for an Optometrist to thrive in a supportive, patient-focused environment known for clinical excellence and compassionate care.

Position Highlights

• Established Private Practice: Join a highly respected, premier optometry practice known for clinical excellence and a loyal, built-in patient base.
• Balanced Schedule: Clinic hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with no call and no weekends, offering exceptional work-life balance.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Compensation: $155,000–$200,000 total compensation depending on experience.
• Additional Financial Incentives: Profit sharing and partnership opportunity available after just 1 year.

Qualifications

• Education: Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited program.
• Licensure: Active Washington license or ability to obtain.
• Experience: New graduates and experienced optometrists encouraged to apply.
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship not available).
