Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Position Highlights:

• Predictable weekday schedule with no double or triple booking
• 45-minute, 1:1 patient appointments
• Typical caseload capped at 12 patients/day (potential to increase to 14 in 2026)
• Some cancellations/no-shows built naturally into daily flow
• Modern outpatient rehab clinic connected to the hospital campus
• Shared campus with cancer center, cardiac & pulmonary rehab, and hospital services
• Collaborative team including 2 full-time PTs, 1 part-time PT, 2 PTAs, OT, SLP, and rehab support staff
• Dedicated outpatient office coordinator for referrals, authorizations, scheduling, and registration
• Rehab aide assists with equipment setup, cleaning, transfers, and chart transport
• No on-call responsibilities
• Shared plan-of-care collaboration across disciplines
• Rehab Director provides leadership support while maintaining a light patient caseload (2–3/day)
• Strong mentorship for new grads
• Clinical ladder and leadership development pathways
• Increasing use of AI-driven documentation tools planned

Compensation & Benefits:

• $85,000–$112,000 annually, commensurate with experience

Qualifications:

• DPT or MPT from a CAPTE-accredited program
• BLS required within 60 days of hire
• Wyoming Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong outpatient orthopedic and functional rehab skills
• Collaborative, patient-centered mindset
• Open to new graduates and experienced PTs
