Position Highlights:

• Work-Life Balance: Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts with occasional weekend work (approximately 12 weekend days annually). Flexible scheduling to meet personal and departmental needs.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: Hourly pay based on experience and professional certification level (Clinical Levels I–IV). Eligible for overtime pay.

Qualifications: 

• Degree: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Licensure: Must hold or be eligible for North Carolina PT license.
• Skillset: Strong evaluation and intervention skills with adolescent and adult populations in an outpatient setting.
• Experience: All experience levels welcome; tiered pay based on years of experience.
