Position Highlights:

• Balanced Practice: 2–3 days Outpatient / 1–2 days Inpatient.
• The Power of Partnership: Work within a highly integrated, collaborative team alongside experienced Midwives and APPs.
• Predictability: A weekly structure designed to give you your time back, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate your life outside the hospital.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $325K
• Retirement: 4% employer match
• Time Off: 23 PTO days, 10 paid holidays, and 5 CME days
• CME Support: $3,000 annual CME allowance
• Relocation Assistance: Offered

Qualifications: 

• Degree: MD/DO with Board Certification or Eligibility
• D.C. Medical License (or eligibility to obtain).
• Licensure: D.C. medical license
• New Graduates: We provide a high-support environment with mentorship tracks for early-career physicians.
