Private Practice | Coastal Virginia | 4-Day Option | $95K–$120K Base + Bonus

Position Highlights
- Option for 4-day workweek (Mon–Thurs) — No evenings, no weekends
- Typical schedule: Mon–Thurs 8–5, Fri 8–4 (1-hour lunch)
- No call responsibilities
- Split between two nearby office locations
- 12–16 patients per day

Practice Environment
- Two modern office locations
- Full diagnostic suite including: Real-ear measurement, Sound booths, Tympanometry, Pediatric testing, Balance testing (growth opportunity)
- Patient mix: 75–85% adults. 10–15% pediatrics
- Services include: Comprehensive diagnostics, Hearing aid fittings & adjustments, Cochlear implant programming, Tinnitus management, Balance testing
This is a truly collaborative team environment — all staff contribute to hearing aid checks and support patient care. The practice is local, independent, and community-oriented with decades of combined staff tenure.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $95,000–$120,000 (based on experience) expected first year compensation: $160,000-$200,000.
- Strong bonus structure with uncapped commissions. Quarterly bonus payouts. Recent example produced additional compensation of $80,000 annually

Qualifications
- AuD (Doctor of Audiology)
- Eligible for Virginia audiology licensure
- Comfortable managing 12–16 patients daily
- Experience or strong interest in: Diagnostics, Amplification (adult & pediatric), Cochlear implants, Tinnitus and/or balance services (preferred)
- Patient-centered communication style
- Collaborative mindset
- Open to both new graduates and experienced audiologists
- Fresh perspectives and diverse backgrounds are welcomed.
