Position Highlights

• Supportive Practice Environment - Enjoy your own private office while working alongside a collaborative team of psychiatric and medical professionals, including nurses and medical assistants.
• Join a well-established group of 15–18 clinicians, supported by nearly 100 staff across multiple locations.
• Monday–Friday schedule with flexible start times (8–4 or 9–5).
• Manage a manageable caseload of 3–7 patients daily, tailored to your scope and preferences.
• Provide a mix of short-term counseling and long-term therapy, allowing for clinical variety.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation Range: $78,000-$85,000
• $15,000 sign-on bonus

• Accrue 160 hours of PTO annually plus 10 paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Open to candidates not yet licensed in AK but willing to apply.
