Position Highlights:

• Academic role: Teach residents, fellows, and medical students
• Collaborative environment: Work with midwives, MFMs, anesthesiology, and NICU teams
• Clinical variety: Labor & delivery, OBED coverage, CNM supervision, cesareans, vaginal deliveries, and emergency GYN consults
• High-acuity practice: Tampa General Hospital handles 7,000+ deliveries annually with Level 4 maternity care and Level 3 NICU

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary for 14 shifts/month; extra shifts paid hourly with quarterly true-ups
• Signing bonus and full benefits: Pension, 403B/457, health/dental/vision, $4,000 CME allowance
• Loan forgiveness eligible: State entity programs

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree or equivalent
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in obstetrics and gynecology
• Will be required to be licensed by the Florida Board of Medicine before commencement of employment
• Must be ABOG board-certified or active candidate in Obstetrics and Gynecology
