• Dedicated clinical support with a 3:1 assistant-to-provider ratio

Compensation and Benefits

• Average annual earning potential exceeding $800,000 (based on $8,000/day production, 4-day work week, 50 weeks)
• Competitive compensation model of 45-50% of adjusted production
• Retention bonus up to $60,000
• Flexible four-day work schedule supported by strong referral flow and patient demand

• Full clinical autonomy in diagnosis, treatment planning, and scheduling

 

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Completion of a CODA-accredited Endodontics residency program
• Active or eligible Arizona dental license (credentialing support provided)
• Proficiency in all phases of endodontic therapy, including retreatment and microsurgery
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Open to both experienced Endodontists and new graduates; mentorship and integration support available
