Qualifications: 

• MD, DO, or foreign medical equivalent
• Board-certified in Family Medicine (ABFM or AOA)
• Ability to obtain or be eligible for a Wisconsin medical license
• Experience in leadership, mentorship, and working with research teams
• Proven track record of research & scholarly activity
