Chief of Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesia

DIVISION CHIEF-PEDIATRIC CARDIAC ANESTHESIOLOGY

Position Highlights: 

• Predictable schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–5 p.m.
• Stable case volumes and a supportive clinical environment
• Highly ranked 255-bed children’s hospital with Level I Trauma and Level IV NICU
• Dedicated congenital cardiac program with exceptional pediatric subspecialists
• Work alongside world-class pediatric cardiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons, intensivists, and cardiac imaging specialists
• Lead service development, quality initiatives, and operational optimization

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $680-740K depending on rank and qualifications
• Competitive annual performance incentive
• Relocation & Sign-on Bonus

• 24 days PTO, 12 sick days, 5 CME days, and paid holidays
• CME allowance

Qualifications: 

• MD or DO 
• Board Certified in Anesthesiology with completion of Pediatric Anesthesiology and/or Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiology fellowship
• Eligibility for Tennessee medical license
• 5 years post-fellowship with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary heart program.
