Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive Compensation
  • MLT (Associate's Degree): $23–$30/hr
  • MLS/Scientist (Bachelor’s Preferred): $31-$41.52/hr
  • Performance-based evaluation system, though no formal sign-on or retention bonuses at this time

Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (required); Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field (preferred)
  • Certifications: ASCP or equivalent certification required
  • Skillset: High-volume lab testing, multitasking, generalist capabilities across hematology, chemistry, and limited microbiology
  • Experience: Prior experience in a hospital lab preferred, but not required
  • Sponsorship: Not available
