Desirable Practice Setting, Ideal Work Environment:
Non-profit, critical access hospital with approximately 400 employees. The clinic department includes around 30 providers offering family practice, urgent care, orthopedics, podiatry, gynecology, and general surgery services.
Ideal Work Environment:
The clinic is being remodeled to include two dedicated eye lanes for the new optometry service line, a private office for the optometrist, and two additional rooms for OCT and visual field equipment.

Compensation & Benefits:

Annual salary of $150,000 for a four-day work week.

Additional incentive compensation for annual wRVUs exceeding 5,000, paid at a conversion factor of $35.00.
Sign-On Bonus, Retention Bonus:

Qualifications:
Degree:
Doctor of Optometry (OD).
Certifications:
NBEO certification required.
Licensure:
Optometry license (DEA if applicable).
Skillset:
Ability to provide comprehensive optometric care, integrate within a multi-specialty clinical team, and help establish a new service line.
Experience:
Experience preferred but not required; new graduates encouraged to apply.
