Position Highlights: 

• Lead a thriving, mission-driven cardiology program within a highly collaborative and supportive environment.

• High-volume cath labs performing more than 3,200 diagnostic caths, 1,200 PCIs, 139 TAVRs, 28 MitraClips, 386 ablations, and 486 device placements annually.
• Opportunity to lead from the front as a “player–manager” with strong divisional support.
• Well-distributed call supported by 25 cardiology faculty and 5 advanced practice providers.
• The Division Chief's role includes leadership, strategic recruitment authority, opportunity to build new clinical programs, and elevate research strategy.

Qualifications: 

• MD or equivalent degree
• Board Certification in Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology or relevant subspecialty
• Eligibility for Florida medical license
• Visionary leadership with emotional intelligence and the ability to lead by influence.
• Expertise in program building, operations, and strategic growth.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and mentorship abilities.
• Experience collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated resilience and success in navigating organizational change.
