Position Highlights

• Consistent Night Schedule: Full-time Monday–Thursday, 9:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. with predictable scheduling
• No Weekends or Call: No weekend or on-call responsibilities once the night shift team is fully staffed
• Independent Practice: Provide overnight imaging coverage for the Belmond campus while supported by an experienced daytime imaging team
• Collaborative Team: Work alongside 4 Radiologic Technologists, 1 MRI Technologist, and Unit Secretaries in a supportive environment
• Career Growth: Cross-training opportunities in Mammography, MRI, and CT to expand your skills and earning potential

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: $78,000–$107,000 annually, based on experience
• Night Shift Differential: Earn an additional $5.00/hour for shifts between 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m and an additional $2.50/hour for shifts between 3p.m.-11p.m.
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $6,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 with qualifying expenses

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's Degree or Certificate in Radiologic Technology required
• Certification: ARRT (R) certification required or eligible
• Licensure: Iowa Radiologic Technologist License (or ability to obtain)
• Skills: Strong diagnostic radiography skills with interest in cross-training in Mammography, MRI, or CT preferred
• Experience: Hospital or emergency imaging experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Visa Sponsorship: Not available
