• Work alongside a dedicated imaging team including 4 Radiologic Technologists, 1 MRI Technologist, and Unit Secretaries.
• Belmond serves as the home base, with additional support from the Clarion campus as needed during peak times.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive Compensation, Competitive Salary, Compensation, Financial Package:

• Annual Salary: $48,000 - $74,000, commensurate with experience.

Generous Performance Bonus, Generous Quality Bonus, Generous Bonus, Competitive Bonus Opportunity, Additional Bonus Incentives:

• Additional night shift differential pay and eligibility for cross-training compensation.

Shift Differentials:

• 11:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m.: +$5.00/hour
• 3:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m.: +$2.50/hour

Sign-On Bonus, Retention Bonus:

• Up to $6,000 Sign-On Bonus available.

Qualifications:

Degree:

• Associate's Degree or Certificate in Radiologic Technology required.

Certifications:

• ARRT (R) certification required or eligible.

Licensure:

• Iowa Radiologic Technologist License (or eligibility) required.

Skillset:

• Competency in general diagnostic radiography; cross-training interest in Mammography, MRI, or CT preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage imaging workflow during overnight hours.

Experience:

• Previous hospital or emergency imaging experience preferred; open to motivated new graduates.
