Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: $54,000 – $82,000 annually, based on experience
• Sign-On & Incentives: $6,000 sign-on bonus plus performance-based bonus opportunities

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy required
• Certification: RRT or CRT through NBRC required
• Licensure: Iowa Respiratory Care Practitioner License (or eligibility) required
• Experience: Open to new grads and experienced therapists; hospital experience preferred
