Qualifications:

• Degree: Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Active and unrestricted Wisconsin Optometry License.
• Skillset: Strong diagnostic abilities, proficiency with advanced optometric technology, and excellent patient communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License Required
