Position Highlights: 

• 3-4 10-hour shifts per week, half day on Saturday every 4-5 weeks
• Average patient volume of 18 per day with 20/40 minute appointments
• Tight-knit group that puts patients before policies
• Very light call every 5 weeks
• Great relationship with community and a rapidly growing practice

Compensation & Benefits:

• Up to $160,000 salary
• 7% raise on annual salary for Spanish-speaking 
• $15,000 Sign-On incentive
• Rent-free housing available for 6 months 
• Student Loan Repayment eligible with state and federal programs
• $2,500 and up to 40 hours PTO for CME annually

Qualifications: 

• Degree:  MSN, DNP, PANCE
• Certifications:  Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Licensure: Oregon licensed or able to obtain license
• Skillset:  Primary Care
• Experience:  All experience will be considered
• Sponsorship: None
