Position Highlights:

Work-Life Balance:

Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with no evenings or weekends, allowing for a consistent and predictable work-life balance.

Clinical Scope & Autonomy:

Full-scope optometry with a strong emphasis on medical care. Providers practice independently, managing a wide range of conditions including glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, dry eye, and other ocular diseases.

Patient Volume & Flow:

See an average of 20 patients per day, with a balanced mix of routine vision exams and medically focused visits. Patient visits are structured for quality care, averaging 45–60 minutes from start to finish.

Technology & Equipment:

Work with fully updated equipment, including OCT, visual field, Optomap, and autorefractor systems—all upgraded within the past 12 months.

Supportive Team Environment:

Join a collaborative team of 2 Optometrists, supported by dedicated technicians, opticians, and front office staff to ensure smooth clinic flow and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Degree:

Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited institution.

Licensure:

Active or eligible for optometry licensure in the state of Washington.

Skillset:

Strong clinical competency in both routine and medical optometry, with the ability to manage ocular disease independently.

Experience:

Open to both new graduates and experienced providers; comfort with medical optometry preferred.
