Position Highlights

• Diverse Caseload – 50% outpatient / 50% inpatient mix with orthopedics, post-op, pediatrics, short/long-term rehab, and cardiac rehab
• Collaborative Team – Work alongside experienced PT, OT, speech, and pediatric therapy providers in a supportive, evidence-based culture
• Work-Life Balance – Monday–Friday schedule (8–5) with option for a 4-day workweek and manageable 10–12 patients per day
• EMR – Cerner for inpatient and outpatient rehab documentation

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Earnings – Up to $120,000 annually
• Bonuses & Support – $10,000 sign-on bonus + $5,000 relocation assistance

Qualifications

• Degree: DPT or qualifying PT degree
• Licensure: Active Kentucky Physical Therapy license (or eligibility)
• Certification: BLS certification
• Experience: Open to both experienced PTs and new graduates
