A well-established, privately held dental group in the highly desirable Anderson, South Carolina area is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join a thriving practice with an established patient base. The practice is located in an affluent community with a strong reputation for exceptional patient care and team culture. Practice Highlights

  • Monday–Thursday schedule, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. (Fridays off); lunch from 1pm-2pm
  • Fully digital, modern facility with multiple operatories
  • 2,600+ active patients and 50+ new patients per month
  • Comprehensive care including restorative, implants, clear aligners, and limited endo
  • Advanced technology: CEREC same-day crowns, CBCT, intraoral scanners, 3D printing, CAD/CAM, and digital smile design
  • Excellent hygiene support and clinical flow (two-column model for operative care)
  • EMR system: Denticon

Compensation & Benefits

  • Daily guarantee vs percentage of monthly collections
  • Potential earnings: $365K–$500K+ annually based on tiered production model with daily guarantee
  • Productivity bonus: $100,000 for exceeding $2.4M in annual collections
  • Lab fees covered 100%
  • Sign-on / relocation assistance available
  • Partnership eligibility after 2 years (equity appreciation model)
  • Retirement program: 401(k) with 4% match

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited U.S. dental school
  • Active or eligible South Carolina dental license
  • Strong clinical competency across general dentistry; comfort with implants and CEREC a plus
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care
