Position Highlights

• Outpatient Gynecology Practice: Gynecology-only role with no obstetrics in a well-established outpatient clinic
• Modern Clinical Environment: Primary site located at Science Parkway with nine exam rooms, an in-office procedure room, and on-site ultrasound
• Efficient Clinical Flow: Average of ~3 patients per hour, balanced clinic and procedural schedule, and approximately 15 surgical cases per month
• Advanced Technology & Support: EPIC EMR, Dragon dictation, scribe availability, centralized triage, and basket management
• Strong Surgical Access: Major gynecologic surgeries performed at Strong Memorial Hospital; minor procedures completed at an affiliated ASC
• Excellent Work-Life Balance: Full-time is 37.5 hours/week with 32 patient-facing hours and protected administrative time
• Minimal Call Burden: Rotating call ~1:4, supported by RN triage and a centralized call center

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Base Salary: $235,000–$270,000 (experience dependent)
• Bonus Opportunities: Sign-on bonus available; performance and quality incentives in development
• Generous Time Off: PTO starting at approximately 6.5 weeks annually

• Professional Development: $2,750 CME allowance plus 5 CME days annually

Qualifications

• Degree: MD or DO
• Board Status: BE/BC in Gynecology, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
• Licensure: Eligible for New York medical licensure
• Experience: Open to 2026 residents/fellows and early-career physicians
• Visa Sponsorship: J-1 candidates considered
