Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Compensation:

• Guaranteed base salary $85,000-$90,000 depending on experience + additional earning potential based on experience and productivity

• Performance incentives tied to diagnostic and hearing aid services, uncapped commission

Sign-On Bonus:

• Competitive sign-on bonus available; amount is negotiable based on experience

Qualifications

• Degree: Doctor of Audiology (AuD) or Master’s in Audiology

• Licensure: Eligible for Tennessee Audiology license

• Experience: Diagnostic audiology, hearing aid dispensing, and vestibular testing experience preferred; new graduates welcome

• Specialized Skills: Experience or interest in VNG/ABR is a plus
