Qualifications:
Degree: Graduate of accredited PA program by the ARC-PA or predecessor/accredited body
Certifications: NCCPA
Licensure: Hold or obtain license from Iowa Board of Physician Assistants
Experience: Four or more years of experience preferred, Ortho Surgeon willing to train
