Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive Compensation: $125,000 – $175,000 annually, based on experience, leadership background, and qualifications.

Qualifications:

  • Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Certifications: Current ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy [RT(T)] preferred. Healthcare leadership certification preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum five (5) years of progressive leadership experience in Radiation Oncology, including experience managing personnel, budgets, departmental operations, accreditation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Skillset: Strong expertise in:
    • Radiation therapy treatment techniques and technologies
    • Radiation safety and quality assurance standards
    • Oncology information systems (ARIA, MOSAIQ, Epic, etc.)
    • Strategic planning and service line development
    • Budgeting, financial oversight, and operational improvement
    • Team leadership, staff development, and physician collaboration
