Outpatient Psychiatry Medical Director

Outpatient-only psychiatry with no call requirements; optional phone consults or weekend hospital shifts available for additional compensation.

Manageable patient volume averaging 12–16 appointments per day using wave scheduling, with most new patients pre-evaluated by therapists.

RVU-based compensation Up to $400,000 + Production
Sign-on bonus $25,000 plus up to $10,000 annual quality bonus tied to documentation and safety metrics.
