Predictable Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Strong Support & Modern Practice: Work alongside a dedicated optometry technician and experienced optical staff in a modern clinic with updated equipment and Athena EMR.
Mission-Driven Care: Provide full-scope primary care optometry in a Federally Qualified Health Center serving rural and underserved communities. This role offers meaningful patient impact and long-term continuity of care.
Balanced Clinical Mix: See approximately 21–25 patients per day with a mix of routine exams and medical optometry, including diabetic eye care, glaucoma, and acute conditions. Strong pediatric and adolescent exposure.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $120,000 – $154,000, depending on years of experience + uncapped production incentive!

Qualifications
Degree: Doctorate in Optometry
License: Washington licensure (or willingness to obtain)
Experience: New graduates & experienced Optometrists welcome
Preferred: Interest in rural, community-based practice
