We are recruiting a full-time Physical Therapist for a standalone outpatient clinic in Northern Minnesota, serving a close-knit rural community that relies on local access to high-quality rehabilitation services. This is an ideal opportunity for a PT who values autonomy, one-on-one patient care, and being deeply connected to both their patients and their community—while still having the support of a larger, collaborative rehab team.
Position Highlights
- True autonomy in a standalone outpatient clinic with strong operational and clinical support
- Manageable daily caseload averaging 7–8 one-hour visits per day
- Emphasis on quality, individualized care—no high-volume or stacked scheduling

- Full-time, weekday outpatient role (Monday–Friday)
- Standard schedule: 7:00am – 4:00pm
- Weekend inpatient/on-call coverage approximately every 7–8 weeks at a nearby critical access hospital
- Practice independently while remaining closely connected to a multidisciplinary rehab team
Patient Population & Scope of Practice
You’ll treat a diverse outpatient population, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients with conditions such as:
- Orthopedic injuries (knee, hip, shoulder, spine, foot/ankle)
- Post-surgical rehabilitation
- Balance and fall-risk management
- Neurological conditions, including stroke recovery
- Arthritis and chronic pain
- Sports, overuse, and work-related injuries
- Pelvic floor and pregnancy-related conditions

Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in MN or willingness to obtain
- BLS Certification
- Doctorate or Masters in PT
- Open to new graduates.
