We are recruiting a full-time Physical Therapist for a standalone outpatient clinic in Northern Minnesota, serving a close-knit rural community that relies on local access to high-quality rehabilitation services. This is an ideal opportunity for a PT who values autonomy, one-on-one patient care, and being deeply connected to both their patients and their community—while still having the support of a larger, collaborative rehab team.


Position Highlights

  • True autonomy in a standalone outpatient clinic with strong operational and clinical support
  • Manageable daily caseload averaging 7–8 one-hour visits per day
  • Emphasis on quality, individualized care—no high-volume or stacked scheduling

  • Excellent work-life balance in a scenic Northern Minnesota setting
    • Full-time, weekday outpatient role (Monday–Friday)
    • Standard schedule: 7:00am – 4:00pm
    • Weekend inpatient/on-call coverage approximately every 7–8 weeks at a nearby critical access hospital
    • Practice independently while remaining closely connected to a multidisciplinary rehab team

Patient Population & Scope of Practice

You’ll treat a diverse outpatient population, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients with conditions such as:

  • Orthopedic injuries (knee, hip, shoulder, spine, foot/ankle)
  • Post-surgical rehabilitation
  • Balance and fall-risk management
  • Neurological conditions, including stroke recovery
  • Arthritis and chronic pain
  • Sports, overuse, and work-related injuries
  • Pelvic floor and pregnancy-related conditions

Qualifications

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in MN or willingness to obtain
  • BLS Certification
  • Doctorate or Masters in PT
  • Open to new graduates.
