• Established patient base with strong community reputation; average 12–15 patients per day

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: $150,000-$200,000 annually
• Hiring Bonus: Up to $20K in Sign-On Bonuses
• Up to $6K in relocation allowance
