Optometrist - Full Time or Part Time

A respected, community-focused eye clinic is seeking a full-time Optometrist to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into an established patient base with strong demand, as our current provider transitions toward retirement.


This role offers a flexible schedule, modern facilities, and the ability to practice full-scope optometry in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Position Highlights

Work-Life Balance:

  • Flexible 3–5 day workweek
  • Daytime hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • No call requirements

Desirable Practice Setting & Environment:

  • Modern eye clinic (built within the last several years)
  • Two fully equipped exam lanes with updated optometry technology
  • Average 12–15 patients per day
  • Strong reputation with high patient satisfaction

Clinical Scope & Support:

  • Full-scope optometry with access to advanced technology
  • Collaborative environment with visiting ophthalmology support
  • Established referral network and loyal patient base

Growth & Stability:

  • Immediate patient demand due to provider transition

Compensation & Benefits

Financial Package:

  • Competitive salary: $150,000 – $200,000 annually
  • Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus
  • Up to $6,000 relocation assistance

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Minnesota
  • Experience preferred, but new graduates encouraged to apply
