• Flexible 3–5 day workweek with daytime hours (8:00–4:30) and no call
• Modern, newer clinic with two exam rooms and up-to-date optometry equipment
• Established patient base with strong community reputation; average 12–15 patients per day

Compensation & Benefits:

$150,000-$200,000 annually

Up to $20K in Sign-On Bonuses

Up to $6K in relocation allowance

Qualifications: 

• Prefers at least one year of experience
• Licensed OPT in MN
