Position Highlights:

112 hours per month with 8, 9 and 10 hour shifts

Full pediatric subspecialty support including PICU, NICU, and surgical services
Additional support from APPs, residents, and fellows

Light Academic Responsibilities:
10% protected academic time focused on teaching
Achievable promotion pathway without research requirements
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Compensation: 2-year guarantee, Assistant Professor comp of $287K + rank stipends
Extra Compensation: Additional earning potential with extra shifts paid at $240/hour; moonlighting also available
Relocation: $20K supplement
CME Funds: $4500 annually
PTO: 8.2 weeks of paid time off annually
Qualifications:
Fellowship training preferred
Open to General Pediatrics with high-acuity emergency medicine experience
J1 waiver and H1b sponsorship available
