Compensation & Benefits:

• Earn $380,000 - $420,000 Guaranteed Salary DOE 
• $100,000 Sign On Bonus

Qualifications: 

• Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Minimum 5 years of CMO or Leadership Experience
• No Visa's
