  • Medical Director leadership role with meaningful influence over clinical quality and workflows

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Guaranteed base salary of $250,000–$300,000, commensurate with experience

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Eligible for medical licensure in Oregon
  • Strong clinical judgment and collaborative leadership style
  • Experience working in team-based care environments
  • Prior leadership, mentorship, or supervisory experience preferred
  • Visa candidates considered on a case-by-case basis
