Position Highlights:

Services include: Primary Care, Behavioral Health, HIV Prevention and Treatment, Women's Health, LGBTQIA+ Care, Youth and Elder Programs, Wellness Classes, and Onsite Lab and Pharmacy
Provider support: 2 MAs, RN, case managers, and behavioral health providers onstaff

Qualifications:

Degree: MD or DO
Certifications: BE/BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Licensure: Must have an active license or be eligible to receive a Texas medical license
Experience: New grads or experienced candidates are welcome; prior experience in a CHC, FQHC, or tribal health facility would be a plus
