Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Pay: $53.49–$66.58 per hour, commensurate with experience and internal equity.
- Sign-On & Relocation Support: $20,000 bonus package available.

Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Occupational Therapist license required; Washington license or ability to obtain.
- Experience: Open to both experienced therapists and new graduates.
- Preferred Skills: Hand therapy certification or related experience preferred.
