Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Pay: $53.49–$66.58 per hour, commensurate with experience and internal equity.
• Sign-On & Relocation Support: $20,000 bonus package available.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Valid Occupational Therapist license required; Washington license or ability to obtain.
• Experience: Open to both experienced therapists and new graduates.
• Preferred Skills: Hand therapy certification or related experience preferred.
