Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Lead with Purpose. Build with Impact.

  • Lead and mentor general and pediatric dentists
  • Participate in quality improvement, compliance, and strategic planning
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and provider development
  • Collaborative leadership alongside medical and executive teams
  • Eligible for up to $50,000 in federal student loan repayment (2-year commitment)
  • Sign-on and relocation assistance available

Clinical Scope

You will continue practicing dentistry while providing oversight for:

  • Restorative care
  • Extractions
  • Prosthodontics (dentures/partials)
  • Preventive services
  • Pediatric care (age 2+)
  • Treatment planning for higher-acuity cases

The role balances leadership and clinical engagement, allowing you to stay connected to patient care while guiding departmental growth.

Practice Environment

  • Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) model
  • 11 modern operatories
  • Digital radiography and panoramic imaging
  • Integrated dental software
  • Diverse, high-need patient population
  • Strong assistant and hygiene support structure

The organization is actively rebuilding toward a fully staffed three-dentist model, creating a unique opportunity to shape the future of the department.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) with employer contribution
  • Paid time off + recognized holidays
  • CME allowance (licenses, memberships, seminars)
  • Employer-paid disability coverage
  • Federal student loan repayment eligibility

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Wisconsin.
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Comfortable in a collaborative, mission-driven setting
  • Passion for serving underserved populations.
