Position Highlights:

  • Vice Chair of Department of Psychiatry & Director of Psychiatry Research
• Expand NIH and foundation funding
• Lead faculty development and mentorship
• Elevate national visibility of Psychiatry research in the department

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base pay per UCRiverside pay scale
• 50% guaranteed salary support
• $25K Leadership stipend
• Structured start-up support package
• Generous CME protected time - 21 days per year
• Highly desirable retirement plan with pension option
• Full Benefits package, 24 PTO days + 13 holidays
• Relocation Stipend: $10K

Qualifications: 

• MD or MD, PhD
• Board Certified in Psychiatry
• Eligible for California medical license
• 5+ years of administrative leadership experience
• Demonstrated independent extramural funding
• Academic rank of Associate Professor or Full Professor
